Our Pencil skirt is made out of Cotton Lycra fabric. It comes with a yoga waistband, please see size chart for accurate measurements.

—————————————————————————————All fabrics are pre-washed in Tide Simply Free & Sensitive. As with all handmade items, I suggest washing by hand and laying flat to dry. Or wash inside out on gentle cycle and hang or lay flat to dry.
